Can these be used on chalk painted wood? And would I use before or after sealant?

Yes these can be used on wood surface already painted with chalk paint. Seal the paint first then apply shiva stick.

Does this wipe off easily if you work in small areas and decide you want less coverage?

Yes, I use Clorox wipes. Can also use baby wipes. You can't wait long, since it is oil based it self seals. When I've waited too long, I just paint over... quick and easy.

What color is black ivory and would you use it on top of/to accent a piece of furniture painted black or off white?

Ivory black is black. The back of the blister pack says"...you can paint anywhere, at any time, on almost any surface: canvas, paper, wood, plastic, metal and fabric. In most cases, the paint dries in 24 hours". Hope this helps!
