DIRECT LIT PANELS have a very close outlook with your regular fluorescent troffer. People like it coz they can keep the style they had for years, be more energy efficient, avoid regular bulb replacement and have strong and stable light. Pls be aware that direct lit panels are not the same as edge-lits - they look more traditionally and give more light due to different construction.
MADE OF HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS: a rigid frame will not allow the panel to bend over time, and even in five years the fixture will look exactly the same as the day it was installed. EASY TO INSTALL: standard application is T-Grid, all accessories are included. The fixture can also be ed into sheetrock (flush ) with an ASD sheetrock flush frame (should be bought separately).
MEETS USA QUALITY REQUIREMENTS, UL LISTED. UL listing means that product was tested in US authorized facilities and fully complies with UL electrical code. Ideal for both residential and commercial installations.
FULLY DIMMABLE: high quality driver provides smooth 5-100% dimming (sed to step dimming suggested for lower quality drivers that allows only a few dimming options (e.g. 25%-50%-75%-100%). The product uses a low-voltage 0-10V dimmer (manufacturer tested dimmers include: Lutron NFTV, Leviton IPL710 DLZ, Leviton IPL710 DL, Cooper SF10P-W). Please note: dimming is optional, if this feature is not required the dimming wires can simply be capped off and the light will function on/off.
WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: 50,000 hour LED lifetime, 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, 4000K color temperature (bright white light color), 3600 lm luminous output (the a of light produced), 40W (efficiency), 100-277V operational voltage range.
