great home machine. Not for all-day use, but terrific for all those small tasks. So simple to set up and get at it!

The unit arrived well ahead of the scheduled delivery date which was great. I bought this as a gift and the receiver used it once before the motor stopped working entirely. It worked well on first use and assembly could not have been easier. Also, the accessories that came with the machine were great. But accessories do not mean much when they cannot be used because the machine does not work. I have bought Campbell Hausfeld products in the past and have been greatly satisfied. I confess that I was hesitant when I read the reviews of this unit but ordered regardless. Lesson learned. Pay attention to negative reviews. The other issue is that the unit is very tippy. Falls over easily which could cause damage to the unit, if it worked that is. I elected to return the unit rather than exchange it but have yet to be refunded for the return even after it was approved.

Pressure is not what is advertised. It is much lower than expected. Hose reel is very cumbersome, the unit keeps tipping over when used.

Worked great the first day I used it. After that it wouldn't work at all. I was denied the courtesy of returning this product by the seller because it was 31 days after I received it. This was the case even though the seller emailed me that they would be sending me a return shipping label, then made me wait 2 weeks for it. They never sent it. After waiting that long I contacted them only to be told that they decided they would not honor their agreement. Meanwhile, Amazon refused to help despite numerous attempts to have them honor their 90 day satisfaction guarantee. So now I feared that I lost the full purchase price. I will never buy a product from this seller again and recomment that you do not either. As an update...since the seller would not take a return as promised, I contacted the manufacturer directly. They promptly responded and told me they would replace the unit in a few days. I will let you know if I receive it and update this review after its receipt. Meanwhile, for their efforts, 5 stars for the manufacturer. 2nd update...I received the replacement unit from the manufacturer. After a few days I took it out and set it up to test it. The same thing happened. It turned on for a second, then shut off again and would not turn on again. I checked the connections, the outlet (even changed outlets), checked the water supply...everything was in order except this unit. Frustrated, I contacted the manufacturer again and their rep, Marcia, suggested I check for clogs (among other things). I didn't expect this to work since the unit was brand new so how would it get clogged? But I checked anyway and actually found that the new sprayer nozzel had a clog in it. After unsuccessfully trying to clean it with a needle I decided to use the old sprayer nozzel. It worked. I now have a working unit thanks to the manufacturer's perisistence in trying to remedy my problem. Because of the manufacturer's courtesy and the fact the the power washer seems to work well, I have upgraded my review to 4 stars. Meanwhile, the old unit is in the trash...but at least the manufacturer gave me 100% support. If you buy this product, I recommend that you buy it directly through the manufacturer's website.

This unit works well but my main concern is that it is so top heavy that it always falls down whenever I move. The hoses are very stiff and they seem to play a part in it's instability. It seems like it can take a fall here and there but the hose hookups are right there on the bottom front and I worry that they will break soon. My son usually mans the unit while I clean the house. It works very well, but I had to mark it down because mine always falls over

Enjoyed the product. Size and weight are very good. Pressure a little low but expected that. Got to use twice before a water fitting in the front panel popped off. Will have to return for a replacement.

Very disappointed with the quality of this pressure washer. It is very cheap plastic construction, and there is no ballast to it, so it tips over very easily in usage from the upright position. I never had this issue ever, with the previous washer that this was intended to replace. The tipping over is a big problem because the accessories are supposed to be stored on the upper part of the handle, so when this thing falls over, the accessories get broken. The flow control knob for the to-begin-with poor-quality soap dispenser attachment (poor fit between container and connector, leaky, no washer included) and the upper holder for the spray gun have already both broken off because of the tipping over. Also, it has a relatively weak spray. Even with a good water supply connected, the turbo nozzle is very weak and doesn't even spin half the time. I replaced a lower pressure unit with this that had much better performance with the turbo nozzle. Today, trying to clean my concrete patio took forever, with insufficient pressure and poor turbo nozzle performance. Wish I had not gotten rid of box already or this would be going back. Avoid.
