is the lid insulated or "double walled" too?

The lid extends down into the vessel approximately 3/4", and it appears to be double walled. The lid has one side that has an indentation, and the lid can be rotated so that this side is at the spout, and then you can pour while the lid is on, or turn away from the the spout to better insulate while not pouring. It is a very nice french press, and I highly recommend.

Does this pot pour well? Our current french press dribbles everywhere

The Highwin 8 Cup pours great. The large spout solves problems with dribbles that I have also had in other French Press Coffee Pots.
