Is this super artificial tasting like a creamsicle like the king Arthur brands one, or is it floral and exotic like it should be?

I have not had the King Arthur Brand & this was the first experience with this item. It was floral in flavor to me not cremesicle.

Can this be used to scent homemade hand soap?

I used Fiori Di Sicilia Extract to flavor panettone during Christmas. It is very mild. I don't know how it can be used for making soap, but if it is for the fragrance, I do not recommend. It is not strong enough.

Does it have real floral flavors in it or is it just another citrus vanilla combo extract?

Yes, this is floral. Very nice. Reminds me of cookies I used to get at our local Italian bakery. I usually mix my own (vanilla, orange, lemon) and this isn't anything like it.
