Is it possible to get the bag replaced? Ours was defective upon arrival and the shoulder straps frayed off the bag.

Please reach out to the seller to arrange for a replacement or exchange.

Does this come with a sifter?

No my set did not have a sifter, but I have to say, these were the sturdiest beach toys I have ever purchased. Highly recommend...

Is there a warranty on the bag? The straps came all torn. Actual toys are fine tho.

This is an online exclusive item and unfortunately we do not have replacement parts available at our domestic warehouse. We do recommend contacting the fulfiller to see how they can assist you.

Are pieces dishwasher safe?

These can be washed in the dishwasher, but we recommend not at full heat.
