Wahl Calming Dog Shampoo

The Wahl 4-in-1 Calming Pet Shampoo is honestly a solid pick if you want something simple that does multiple things at once. It lathers really well, so you don’t need to use a ton of product, and it rinses out pretty easily too, which makes bath time faster and less stressful. The lavender chamomile scent is noticeable but not overpowering. It actually does have a calming effect, or at least it doesn’t irritate dogs that usually hate baths. After drying, the coat feels soft and looks clean without being greasy or overly perfumed. One of the best parts is that it combines cleaning, conditioning, detangling, and moisturizing, so you’re not juggling multiple products. That said, if your dog has really sensitive skin or specific skin issues, you might still need something more specialized. Overall, it’s a great everyday shampoo that gets the job done efficiently and smells good without being too much.

I picked up the Wahl 4-in-1 Calming Dog Shampoo for my furry buddy, and wow — this stuff is amazing! First off, the lavender chamomile scent is so pleasant that even I enjoy bath time now (and trust me, I usually avoid it). The shampoo lathers up richly with just a small amount, so a little goes a long way — which makes it great for regular washes without feeling like you’re pouring product down the drain. What really impressed me is how soft and smooth my dog’s coat feels after rinsing. It doesn’t just clean — it conditions, detangles, and moisturizes too. Even knots and tangles that used to take forever to brush out came out so much easier. And despite the calming fragrance, it’s gentle on his skin and doesn’t irritate, even after a long play session outdoors. All in all, this shampoo turned bath time from a wrestling match into a relaxing experience for both of us. If your pup hates the tub like mine did, this might just work!

I gave this a try because my dog is usually pretty fussy during bath time, especially with new shampoos, but she actually handled this one way better than expected. She didn’t seem irritated or uncomfortable at all, which honestly surprised me. The shampoo lathers up nicely without needing a ton, and it rinsed out pretty easily too. The biggest thing for me was the smell. A really clean without being overpowering or fake odor. After the bath, her coat felt super soft and she smelled great for days afterward and had a nice shine to it. Definitely one of the better dog shampoos I’ve used so far, and I’ll probably keep buying this one.

I actually found this shampoo while comparing prices because it was more expensive at CVS. Amazon had a much better deal, so I decided to give it a try. So far, I’m happy with it. The lavender chamomile scent is pleasant without being too strong, and it lathers really well, so you don’t need to use a lot. It rinses out easily, and my dog’s coat felt clean and soft afterward. I wouldn’t say it’s the most amazing dog shampoo I’ve ever used, but it does exactly what I expected. It’s a solid everyday shampoo that gets the job done, and the price on Amazon makes it an even better value. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced shampoo with a nice scent and good lather, this one is definitely worth considering.

This shampoo smells great and leaves my dog’s coat feeling clean, soft, and fresh. The lavender chamomile scent is pleasant without being too strong, and I love that it cleans and conditions at the same time. Definitely a great choice for bath time. I was unsure about Wahl as a brand but was sissified over after using.

My dog loves it! This shampoo leaves my dog’s coat soft, clean, and smelling fresh. It lathers well, rinses out easily, and doesn’t irritate my dog’s skin. The calming scent is pleasant without being too strong. I’ll definitely continue using this shampoo.

I recommend it. I have a Maltese and he doesn’t have any issues or reactions to this shampoo. The smell is pleasant. It’s very thick. I would get a soap foaming spray bottle. It will last you a couple months if you have a small dog. His skin isn’t dry and he doesn’t scratch a lot after his baths. It doesn’t help with detangling at all. But very good thick shampoo.

Great smell and does a good job cleaning. Not too harsh.
