It isn't warm at all. It's a nice light summer blanket when you just want a cover.

When washed, is this blanket a lint bomb?

Yes. On the third wash and it packs the lint filter in the dryer every time. It also shrunk drying on low heat. The queen I bought will now barely work on a full bed.
