What t.o.t. is the pink cat with purple eyes? similar to kellie the cat, but purple eyes. not mia, she is orange

The pink cat with purple eyes in this set is Kiki. Mia isn’t officially in this set - the orange tot with green eyes is Finny the fox- although Mia was our mystery tot.

Who do I talk to about never receiving my package?

I never received my package either. I contacted the seller and they were no help. Still haven't heard back.
