Below Zero

Didn’t know too much about this film but got totally sucked in 10 minutes in. Edward Furlong was great and the movie has a truly fun premise and twist. A movie that was happy to delight in its storytelling and keeps twisting. Awesomely smart thriller.

This is not the kind of film you want to watch on a dark and stormy night alone. It has all of the elements of visual horror, but it is the mental horror that will make you want to immediately get out of the house and have a cup of coffee in a very large crowded mall until sunrise. Trust me, you will never walk into a cold storage locker again. Or any walk-in refrigerator after watching this movie. I was not claustrophobic before this movie, but now I yearn for the wide open desert. And did I mention the twist at the end? You won't see it coming. Five Stars for an extremely well written script, and scaring the bejabbers out of me.

Suspension of disbelief made the show enjoyable

I truly enjoyed this film and would recommend it for any horror/thriller genre film enthusiast. It's a creative story that makes you think and the acting is very well done. I was particular pleased with Kristen Booth's performance as she really shows her range of talent in this role. I highly recommend BELOW ZERO!

Im not a horror thriller guy, but this was intersting as heck, really not goary, and multiple twisted plot.

I see this movie is highly rated by other reviewers but Below Zero is a complete dud in my own opinion. It took much effort to sit through this film to the very end. There are only five characters throughout the entire movie with only four of them having major roles. Supposedly based on a true story, Jack is a screenwriter who suffers from writer's block. The story begins with "Jack the Hack" being picked up beside the road by a young lady, and her young boy who never utters a word in the whole movie. She has been paid by Jacks agent to lock him inside a meat cooler for five days as a way to inspire him to finish his latest book. The annoyingly lame humor at the beginning of the story was a good indicator for what the rest of it turned out to be. In the end, I wish I'd followed my initial instinct and turned this one off. Jacks imagination runs wild while he's locked up but he does eventually leave. This horror film wasn't horrific at all, aside from the fact that I wasted an hour and a half of my life watching it. Hopefully you'll find more enjoyment in this movie than I did. Please rate this review if you find it helpful.

I didn't expect much from "Below Zero" and I didn`t get much. I found it quite boring. But I have to say it`s a unique movie. I love Edward Furlong which is why I had to get this one- The story seems to be so interesting, but the movie itself just didn`t "get me" The ending was very confusing... If you`re a fan of Edward Furlong you should see it, otherwise don`t.

Creepy n wonderfully weird

This movie has wooden acting , a frozen plot and annoying characters . It looks cheap , feels cheap and should be cheap . Don't waste your time or money . Instead invest in A SIMPLE PLAN which is far superior . NUFF SAID .

ホラーですが、それほど怖くはないです。現実の世界と主人公の空想の世界がどっちがどっちかわからなくなることもありましたが、最後の落ちは面白かったです。
