When using this product as a whole or partial water replacement in formulations, additional preservative may or may not be needed, depending on the formulation, total preservative concentration, and if the preservative came into contact with heat. For maximum preservation benefit, keep heat below 70 Celcius and within the pH of 3-8 when using this product in formulations. Leucidal is a registered trademark of Active Micro Technologies, LLC. Mix 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp Sodium hyaluronate powder directly into the bottle (let sit for up to a day, with intermittent agitation) for an amazing hyaluronic rose serum or moisturizing toner.
