Game changing bushbalm serum!
If you deal with ingrown hairs, razor bumps, or dark spots after shaving — this combo might actually change your skin. This is the Bushbalm Exfoliating Scrub and their Ingrown Hair Oil Serum. I’ve been using them together for weeks. The scrub has a thick, gritty texture but it’s not overly harsh. It buffs away dead skin without leaving my skin feeling stripped. I use the scrub 2–3 times a week in the shower, especially in areas prone to ingrowns — bikini line, underarms, and legs. Then after drying off, I apply a few drops of the oil. The serum is lightweight — not sticky — and absorbs really quickly. It helps calm irritation and keeps new ingrowns from coming up. Since using these together, I’ve noticed fewer razor bumps and my skin looks smoother and more even. It’s especially helpful if you shave or wax regularly. I’d recommend this if you struggle with ingrowns, hyperpigmentation from shaving, or just want smoother skin between hair removal. If you’re already exfoliating but still getting bumps, pairing a scrub with a serum like this makes a big difference.

Best oil!
I love this oil! I have been using it for over a year now. Smells amazing and helps moisturize the skin. Works best after you exfoliate the skin.

Watermelon ingrown hair oil
This oil works so well for after waxing. I absolutely love this scent. It's my new favorite one. I definitely recommend to reduse ingrown hairs and keep your skin soft.

Good but not a miracle
I bought watermelon sugar and sweet escape bush balm oil. Posted a pic with some products for size comparison. Scent: Watermelon sugar smells like Kopari watermelon sugar mist to me. If you're not familiar with that, think something related, but not identical to, a watermelon jolly rancher or BBW watermelon lemonade. Very sweet artificial watermelon. Sweet escape smelled different than I expected. I was thinking it'd be more sweet and creamy. The orange and vanilla do come through but there's also something a little effervescent or perfumy. It reminded me of a way toned down version of the opening to PDM Oriana. It is less sweet than Watermelon sugar. Projection: Light, intimate. I had to put my face within 6 inches of the spot I tested on my arm to be able to smell it. Texture: Similar to KY liquid. A little thicker and stickier than my face serums but not too bad. Soaks in pretty quickly. If applied right after shower, it's absorbed by the time I've put on my other lotions & brushed out my hair before I get dressed. Skin reactions: None. I have reactive skin and a fair amount of allergies. No breakouts, redness, or reactions. My skin is more hydrated where applied. Pubes are softened by it if you keep any. Value: questionable. The bottle is small but it only takes 2 pumps for me to apply a lot. We'll see how long it lasts. The packaging is cute and the pump works well. Effectiveness on ingrowns: I still got 1 since I've been using. So maybe less but not eliminated. Hard to say because my problems weren't constant to begin with. This is why I docked 1 star since it's the main thing it says it's for. For reference- I use a new high quality razor and shave oil at every shave. Wash with antibacterial soap prior to shaving with a clean cloth or sponge. I wear seamless panties so as not to chafe/thicken bikini line skin. Despite all this- I'll occasionally develop a painful red bump under the skin near bikini line that lasts about 2 weeks after shaving. I've consulted a dermatologist about this before and had 1 biopsied. The report showed it was sterile. The derm explained it like my hair follicles growing/twisting erratically and my body is starting an inflammatory response to push it out. I actually had partial Brazilian laser hair removal 14 yrs ago to solve this and it was positively life changing. However, at 10+ yrs, a % of the hair started growing back. So I'm having problems again. This oil doesn't seem to be a miracle cure for that. Guess I'll have to do another round of laser. Overall: I might still repurchase for the moisturizing and pube softening properties. If you're getting ingrowns just because of dry skin, it might help. And if you want to tame & soften your bush or landing strip- it will.

Doesn't really do anything/Runs out quickly
When using once a day, the bottle only lasts about 2 weeks before it runs empty. The smell is definitely nice, but I would be lying if I said it was doing anything it was supposed to. I would potentially buy it again, solely to add a nice scent down there. But not for the purpose it is intended for.

Works fast, feels great!
Previously been using Tend Skin but the price has gone up significantly and does not seem as effective. had a really bad breakout over the last few weeks so I decided to try this after seeing an article on Buzzfeed. It's definitely more expensive than Tend Skin but the before and after is way better. I have not changed anything (diet, grooming routine, etc.) but used a few drops massaged in to the trouble area on my face. Within 2 days, the ingrown hair bumps/ irritation was gone. It does have a distinct "herbal" smell but that tones down as it dries. My skin does not feel greasy, it just feels like it has been moisturized which is interesting because Tend Skin usually dries the skin. Bushbalm does not "sting" like alcohol but does have a bit of a tingle. My initial impression is that the product is working for my skin/ facial hair type.

My literal life saver! This oil is amazing. Unfortunately I didnt get blessed by the no hair fairy and thus this girl needs waxing like no other. I use this to soothe after every wax and keep up in between. My skin looks amazing and stays softer. It prevents ingrown to a certain extent which is lovely. It also smells amazing! Bonus, those of us who have tattoos- this brings life back to them!

When i open the package the box is open and it is up side down. Also it is not sealed. I am not confident if the content is original.

I've used this for the past 3 days as directed and noticed a complete difference. The ingrowns that I had are gone and it keeps the area moisturized without it feeling oily. The only thing I would say is the reason I gave 4 stars is the scent. Although I love the smell, I do feel like it could be too strong. Either way, fantastic product.
