Alien Vol. 3: Icarus
Product ID: 508140057
Man, machine, and the most terrifying creature in the universe... it's an express elevator to hell, and you're gonna want to be on it! A small colony of synths have settled in secret on a backwater moon. When a company of United System soldiers comes to them for help retrieving biotechnology on a hostile planet that could be the key to saving humanity, the synths must decide whether the prospect of peace between man and machine is worth the risk of betrayal. Because 'Steel Team,' the legendary, unkillable Synthetic Special Operations team, is the United Systems' only hope as they navigate the hellscape that the once-idyllic Tobler-9 has become. Since its mysterious downfall years earlier, Tobler-9 is considered one of the most hostile environments in the known universe, a place where nothing organic could possibly have survived... could it? Review: Recommend it to anyone - Love it! Review: An excellent volume! (SPOILER FREE) - With a slight change up in the team behind Marvel's take on Alien, we have a new Artist and Colourist. However, the art style from Vol 2 to 3 isn't massively noticeable. We begin to see the threads from Vol 1 and 2 begin to come together here, and leaves me excited for the next piece of the story, and the next stage of Phillip Kennedy Johnson's Xenomorph lore. Johnson has been the writer behind all of Marvel's Alien run and has credits with other major IPs, such as DC's Superman. I would love to see him work on a storyline for the Free League TTRPG of Alien after Andrew EC Gaska.

Great read
Fantastic read! Although I believe Amazon should take more care in the packaging of these as the corners and sides of the book were chipped in transit.

This was a good decent read!
I am really enjoying the series from Marvel. This is not directly connected the events of Bloodlines and Revival, but the connection is there. The art takes a different connection I enjoyed it just as much the characters make me happy, sad, or angry, but loved the story. I love a twist and turn an this delivers some of those. Good read.
