Includes detailed recipes & easy to follow instructions and a Soft Curd Drain Bag Use Cow, Goat, Sheep Farm fresh or Store bought Milk! If Making Chevre or Goat cheese, you will need Store-bought buttermilk as your culture. International products have separate terms, are sold from abroad and may differ from local products, including fit, age ratings, and language of product, labeling or instructions..

Kit contains: Liquid Microbial Rennet (Vegetarian) - Not a you must dissolve and divide that leads to inconsistent cheese making!! Calcium Chloride - a must when store-bought milk is being used. Cheese Salt, Citric , Drain Cloth (higher quality than standard cheese cloth) and disposable gloves. Enough ingredients to make 20-25 pounds of cheese from raw or pasteurized farm fresh or store bought milk into wonderful cheese (most recipes call for 1 - 3 gallons at a time)! As with all my recipe booklets, this booklet includes Paula Butler’s famous no fail step by step Mozzarella recipe. What will I need at home? A stainless steel, glass or enamel pot, a spoon, thermometer, whole milk (not ultra-pasteurized) and depending on the cheese you want to make, heavy cream and cultured buttermilk and kosher salt..
