How do you I the batteries in the vanity? we threw away the instructions before we looked, and I can't find instructions anywhere online. Thank you.

The battery lid is located on the back of the vanity lid. You must unscrew the two screws and insert the three batteries.

The top of the case is attached with plastic ties. Someone cut those and now it keeps coming off and doesn’t fix. Is there a way to fix it?

Where do you put the batteries?

If you have an older 3+ years, the battery compartment is right behind the vanity lid. So if you open the lid and then turn it around with the back facing you there's a brown band of plastic that goes around the entire vanity right above that band of brown is a 3-in section where you can see two little tiny screws If you unscrew those open it up it takes three double a batteries

Can I replace the mirror? If so where can I get a replacement?

I don’t know if you get a replacement. But u may be able to purchase a sheet mirror & cut it into shape. I believe this is a acrylic mirror (shatter proof). There’s some options on here
