Apply one lip at a time. 3.Generously apply glitter to lips using the applicator pad, ensuring an even coverage. Lightly dampen pad to help lift glitter. 4.Dust off any excess. TIPS: Apply lip balm a few minutes before Glitter Lip application. Pat off excess oils with a tissue. Apply Gloss Bond & Cosmetic Glitter to one lip at a time. Apply the Cosmetic Glitter directly to the lips with the specially designed dual-end applicator sponge (Dampen to pick up the Glitter). Dust off excess with the brush end of the applicator.
