The VENTED units are Non-Pressure boilers (if correctly installed with the supplied Vented Mixer Tap) so NO spet accessories are needed such as expansion vessels or valves. The UTS5 vented under sink water heater retains the ease of installation of traditional vented over sink equivalents but has the additional benefits of being hidden below the sink. The included tap subtly gives the appearance of a standard kitchen mixer whilst allowing the unit to self vent and keep a non pressurised operation. The UTS5 Vented Undersink comes as a complete package and the user does not need to purchase a separate tap. The vented mixer tap supplied with the water heater comes with THREE flexible hose for ease of installation. It is normal for the vented hot water tap to drip slightly during the heating cycle, caused by the water expanding as it heats up. (VENTING).
