I purchased a GoSports blocking pad to use while I train my son at basketball. He's a decent player but needs to up his aggressive play on the court. I tried it out about one hour after it was delivered. I'm impressed with the quality and the effectiveness of the pad. Very firm with many grip options. More durable than I expected. It was the perfect remedy for our training sessions. I give this product a 10 out of 10 and I'm looking forward to using it the next time we train.

When your teenage son has a passion for basketball, you seek every opportunity to engage with him. Therefore, I am indeed the father in the gym, equipped with the blocking pad. This activity serves as an excellent workout for me (my son is not small, and we are both quite competitive), and, more significantly, it has aided him in enhancing his hand placement and explosiveness off the line. The pad is robust, well-cushioned, and comfortable to grip without the concern of it slipping. After several weeks of additional practice at home, I can already observe improvements in his technique.

Purchased this after seeing an online video of a dad practicing football tackling with his son. My 12 year old son is playing tackle for the first time and this is helping him practice running into a tackle and meeting resistance. The bag is very durable, strong, and this a good value for the value. I would recommend to anyone who wants to put in extra practice.

Use this for basketball, great for rebounding drills, dibble/drive contact drills. Could be multi purpose for other sports.

Good bag, I lost it. Have no idea where it is, football, somone has it. It's worth it tho. Fighting or football. I probably have to buy another one eventually.
