AquaSure from Aquaguard Smart Plus RO+UV+Taste Adjuster(MTDS),6L water purifier,6 stages purification,suitable for borewell,tanker,municipal water(Black) from Eureka Forbes

I bought this product in October 2020 and waited for 2 months to give my honest review. Delivery The product came well in advance of 2 days. Great delivery service by Amazon. Packaging The product was very well packaged. Double carton pack was done to ensure the product is not damaged. Luckily the product came in very well condition with zero defects. All the parts were there. Installation As soon as I bought from Amazon, I got an SMS for Eureka for installation that they will come to install. Though I advise to give a call on their toll-free number and schedule your installation. The installation was smooth and the person who came was well knowledged. Make sure to get your water TDS level tested before and after the installation. You can also buy a TDS meter which costs 350/- from Amazon. The TDS level can be set with the help of a screwdriver and there is a screw that needs to be rotated to adjust if required. Picture attached. It is auto set to default however while testing it showed 70. Before the normal water level for 290. However, after a day or two, the level was low and it came to 40 which is not advisable as you lose all the minerals. You need to throw at least 15-20 litre to get a good sweetwater for the first time. So I got the person to come again and test it again. The water was set to 75 this time and the water is sweet so far. Product The product is good. It does not make any noise while it fills the tank. The water wastage us very high as it is a RO product. 6 litres full tank will throw 12 litres of water. I make sure not to waste the water and use a bucket to store it and this can be used for bathing, floor and utensil cleaning. Being in Bangalore, water is a premuim. I suggest all to not waste water keeping the global condition in mind where people in other states and countries are dying as they don't get a drop of water. Overall No complaints so far with the product and you can go for this product without blinking. I researched a lot of products before going for this and I can say I made the right choice.

Last update (end of life): 6 years completed. There's some internal leakage from one of the pipes inside. Due to that water is leaking from the machine. Called the tech from eureka but ours being small town he will take few days for visit. As it was turning out too much of an hassle in getting the tech in time we decided to replace the filter and sadly had to go with a local brand cuz service was becoming too much of a problem. So that's it for this product. It lasted 6 years and may have worked more if tech guy visits and solves the leakage issue. Still waiting for tech to come but in the meantime got installed a new one. Might get this one fixed if it's not too costly and get it installed in our parking area for occasional use. Let's see. Update 2: 30 months of usage now. Machine working fine! Filters replaced 2 times till now. Cost around 9k! Update : been 14 months of use. No problem with machine however want to update on maintenance - a service executive came for selling their amc cost of which was 4600 per year. It includes filter replacement one time and service 3 or 4 times a year which is an overkill. Now the MOST IMP thing I wanted to point out was the cost of replacement of filter was 4175. Yearly cost of 4175 for filter replacement seems excessive to me. When I purchased the qna section said about 2500 max for filters but 4175 is way higher than expected. The cost of the machine is about 10k and yearly replacement of filter at 4200 means 42% of the mrp which is too much imho. I told the same to the service guy but he was only interested in selling the amc to me. I refused to take the amc and paid 4175 for filters. And he literally offered me the amc 15 times and I am not exaggerating. The additional cost for amc was just 500 rupees but I felt it as unnecessary. Later he told me If He knew I didn’t want amc then he would not have changed the filters which was surprising because I didn’t have any complaint with the taste of the water the tds measured was 49 before the change of filters. We use bore water. So maybe in order to sell their amc he might have replaced filters before the need but I will let that go as preventive maintenance. Anyway, I want viewers to keep the cost of filters in mind it’s half the price of the machine itself! I think eureka should either bring down cost of machine or the filters or at least indicate maintenance cost. I didn’t expect 4200. Around 2500 as mentioned in the QnA section was okay for me. Machine has worked fine since my purchase on 17th April 2019. Edit 1: pics added. Working fine. Just got installed last week. Working fine no issues. Installation was done quickly. I am unable to add pics but one thing to keep in mind is there is an ac adapter that is included in the package and is to be fixed near the machine. There is also an external candle filter to be fixed nearby. So these two thing will be visible outside on your kitchen. The machine is working well. Capacity is 6 litres. For small family like ours it's fine. One may need bigger capacity machine if there are more members. The input water supply needs to have good pressure for the machine to work perfectly. We have water tank around 30 feet higher than the kitchen platform and lines are bigger so there is good pressure. If the water pressure is lower one needs to add a pump to be purchased separately - the installation guy will help you with it. Nothing complicated as such but just so that you guys know before buying. I also use a bluestar majesto ro in my other home and that works fine as well. Both are good. I wanted the same installed in this house but due to lack of service centres here I chose eureka Forbes and do not regret anything. This company has been around for years so it puts my mind to ease. I wish the maintenance cost was lesser- this goes for all machines not just this one - there is quite a lot of cost to replace filters etc. All in all the product is good. Nothing to worry. Cheers.

As premised they provide free installation and also 3 services after installation. Just recently done 1st service. And It is in good condition 3. Water taste is as it is still after 6 month regular use. (Review) Taken local survey before purchasing online at local shope it cost around 14k to 15k so Purchased online at 9300/- which is awesome deal.. as always delivered early... and installation done in 2 days.. installation done by Professional boy and it's free of cost.. They offer you to install sand filter for safety which they cost 600/- at time of installation. I recommend to purchase sand filter with purifier at time so you can save more money it's cost around 300/- on website. I put this review after 20 days of use No issue found till date no leakage no odour to water.. taste of water is good like normal drinking water.. It's motor noise quite loud whenever you turn on after long hours but after some time it's gave almost no noise.. Happy to purchase Stay healthy stay fit....

Fully satisfied, 1 day FREE installation, installed as per my instructions, no gimmicks, all needed materials provided in the pack already like pipes, tap joind, external filter, external power adapter and even screws. TDS was 405 before purification and 75 after purification. Taste was initially bitter then good. value for money. Go for it eyes closed. Few important points. Water supply should be moderate pressure if less then additional pump needs to be installed if higher the control valve needs to be installed. No water purifier works over 2000 TDS directly so additional filters will be needed. All these things cost extra. For me none of above was needed as I had good pressure of water input TDS was 400, power and water points were all nearby etc. Amazon sent in excellent packaging, not sure if its product/seller dependent as my previous order for another brand came broken and I had to return it. UPDATE: 1-07-2019 I am changing my rating to 0 star after pathetic service I received recently. WARNING: Before I go into details let me WARN all of you. Like other GREEDY corporations, Eureka Forbes also has 1860 starting number for most customers this IS A CHARGED number and does not come under free unlimited call pack category. Meaning even if you have unlimited free outgoing calls from your mobile phone this number WILL BE CHARGED at the rate of 3 Rupee Per Minute. First of all they provide pathetic services then they expect us to pay for even raising complaints. How ridiculous. Coming to my issue, I raised a request for reinstallation of the water purifier by calling THIER CALLER PAID line, more than 10 days later also they neither called back or sent anyone for the reinstallation. When I called to their CALLER PAID support number I spoke to most untrained call center person, she did not understand Either English or local language EVEN though I made correct language selections and tried to explain her to the best of my ability. I was forced to disconnect my paid call and was left disgusted. Seems they are recruiting cheap talent employees who don't know anything to save further costs. I think I'll just Install the filter myself. DO NOT expect any good service going forward from Eureka Forbes. You will repent. #*#*#*#* Update 08-12-2020 : MUST READ #*#*#*# I have learnt to service the unit myself and even adjust the TDS Controller to best suit our taste and the inlet water quality. This new house we shifted to is just outside the city and initially when I connected the filter myself (after failed COSTLY service calls) I was getting ZERO TDS after filtering. There was a water purifier service agant from KENT who had visited my neighbours and I struck a conversation with him. He also mentioned that either his TDS meters have gone wrong or the ground water quality here is phenomenal. After buying a TDS meter myself and measuring I understood the situation. The water here is heavenly and does not need purification! Before filtering itself it gives 150 TDS reading and obviously due to the tds controller set to maximum purification from my previous horrible water quality apartments in the centre of the city with 1000+TDS in inlet water at the time of first installation the service agent set it to maximum control. But drinking ZERO TDS water led to severe hair fall in family and various other problems. After lots of thoughts and research I figured it was due to DANGEROUS ZERO TDS water we were drinking. Since Eureka Frobes service is pathetic I researched on how to change TDS in purifier and found it's extremely simple. All you need to do is open 4 screws in the top pull it off and right in the centre we have tds controller. Turn it clockwise to reduce TDS and turn it anti clockwise to increase TDS. I turned it to increase TDS in water and set it up to around 110 (sweet taste). And as expected our hair fall problem stopped after about a month of drinking this water. We were all much more active and healthy than before. My suggestion is if you have understood how to change TDS do it yourself and set it up to 50-200 depending upon your requirement. All you need is a screw driver and a TDS meter (available on Amazon for less than ₹200/=). Water quality should be appropriate else we will have health issues. I have practically learnt this. The Aquaguard Aquasure is an awesome water solution for anybody's choice. After I brought this product from Amazon & got delivered, the Eureka Forbes company has shown very much of their professionalism. The authority informed me every single details regarding installation & services through msgs. The company's plumber called me up & fix an appointment for installation. On the day of installation I found the person very humble & knows enough about the products pros n cons. He awared me of everything which I need to know to use the product easily. The Aquasure were so easy to install & as easy to use. It gives a storage capacity of 6ltrs water. The flavor is also same as packaged drinking water which are available in market (bisleri, kinley etc.) for the RO facility. Looks is also good. But the main problem is the purifier releases the same quantity of unpurified water every time the storage tank get fills up with purified drinkable water. But u can also use the unpurified water for cleaning floors, utensils or washing hands.

I am Eureka Forbes water solutions customer for last 7 years. I have used their Duo for last 7 years. I paid Rs. 16-17 K in 2013. Service & support was good (I think it depends on the location where you live, for my area it is good). I went for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) it was around Rs.4.5 K - 5K an year to get about 6 K lit/year of water, so about Rs 1/- per lit. in your house no need to look for bottled water cans etc. so no dependency. We get (input) very hard water (TDS 500 - 900 ppm). Pros of this product: - 1. Pricing is very attractive 2. Installation done proactively; I haven't followed up 3. After a week's use, I am happy. Doesn't' make sound and giving water as expected. Note immediately after installation for few hours it made noise, but installation person told it will come down. It did Cons: - Power adopter and a filter sitting outside. It wasn’t clear to me through product description...so bit disappointed. I wanted everything inside the product for aesthetic reasons Additional Information :- This is a basic water purifying solution without any fancy stuff (like display, touch screen, IoT, hot/cool, self TDS control etc. You just get potable water out of this, don’t expect more. Another note, installation person might try to sell (in my case soft sell) additional accessories like water pressure booster etc. saying your water pressure is not enough etc., you should make decision based your situation. I didn’t buy as I know we get enough pressure (water comes from a tank which is 20 mts’ above the tab) Recommendations: - After warranty go for AMC if you want peaceful life & if you don’t mind Rs. 5-6 K per year Buy a TDS meter, it costs around Rs.200. Check when you have doubt on the water quality. I read reviews a lot before buying a product. I thought I should contribute to the customer community to help people like me.

To start with, I bought this product during the lockdown days were nearing an end and it was delivered on time but installation took more than 2 weeks from delivery since Aquaguard services were halted due to lockdown which I felt was bad services. I went for this product since it comes from Aquaguard and they always had been doing best in making the water purifier. Now coming to the pros and cons Pros - >Good product to have in your home >Can serves very easily a family of 2-4 >Silently fills water and mind you it is fast in refilling as well >Quality wise great and designed well and be fit in anywhere on the wall >Service is free for 1 year and then let's see what happens but so far all good with purifier Cons - Product wise none but I do want to mention that their services were very bad initially. Every other purifier firms were providing service in lockdown but Aquaguard didn't do their service properly in lockdown and post lockdown. It was not a concern only to me but lot of other users were also pissed at them for their really pathetic service. You can see those comments on their FB pages. So yeah nothing more I would say then apart from above all is good so far. Hope it will help someone!!!

Eureka Forbes servicing facility is very bad. I got this product delivered on 20th June and from that day I am constantly following up with Amazon and Eureka Forbes for installation. I got the installation service men after 5days of constant followup. Product delivered on time but Eureka Forbes servicing facility is very very bad. I have to constantly keep on calling the customer care facility for installation of the product. Service Engineer is very helpful. Product is easy to install. Product is working fine for now. It's been one day now and water is good in taste.
