Zetta Z16 HD Wide Angle Security Camcorder

I have purchased many different security camcorders such as this one and I have been more disappointed than not in the past. I am pleased to say that this camcorder is by far one of the best of this kind that I have ever tried. I have spent triple this price before and received nothing but junk. I couldn’t believe how well this one works especially for the price, you can’t go wrong here. The wide angle lens captures the entire room without any distortion. The motion activation actually works perfectly on this one, a feature I have had trouble finding to work well with other brands in the past. The picture is superb in a well lit room. If the room is darker, it still works great but does pick up a little bit of grain. But for not being a camcorder with night vision, it still works well. I think that I was most surprised by the audio quality of this device. It is extremely clear and has an excellent range. I had it in the front room of my house pointed at my front door and I could hear voices from outside of my front door as well as cars going by. I have not used this long enough to see how long the battery lasts, but I did use it in motion activation mode for about four hours and when I plugged it back in to charge up again, the light was amber and charged back to green in a very short period of time, leading me to believe that it had plenty of juice left. I have the Zetta Z12 as well and love them both, but this one is a little clearer in both the video and audio functions. I highly recommend this product and you couldn’t get anything better for the price in my opinion.

nice & compact. works as it should. good quality video. battery lasts approximately 9-1/2 hours on a full charge. easy to adjust settings with widget.

This camera is terrible. I knew it had bad reviews going into it, but I thought I had the perfect application in conducting time studies and observing production processes. I never was able to get it to record video. There is no display and maybe only 2 LED status lights, so it's nearly impossible to tell what the camera Is doing. The instructions are terribly translated. Good luck if you choose to buy this camera. I would recomend a more mainstream camera like a go-pro despite the fact that they have more limited recording duration.

i cannot view anything presented on the camera without a special program. through glass, can't see anything. difficult to keep inconspicuous. I bought because i had $200++ of resale product stolen from my deck. I've been able to view NO files on this camera, even with the program. no luck. i honestly would like to send it back, but it's a little late.

Great camera! Works perfectly for what I needed. Not really good quality for night time recording. I use it for day time. Easy to use.

Good quality. ON/OFF is confusing sometimes and won't stay on...Yes I am holding button for the 2 seconds.

Zetta Z16 HD wide angle camera. It is sufficient for what I need, but could have some better options. The transaction itself was flawless and what I have come to expect from sellers at Amazon. I will look for a different camera more suitable for my project. This camera is still a good value for the money and works as it describes. Probably just "user error" on my part for not researching products more before purchase.

We are very pleased with the zetta 16 very easy to use. The HD quality is best I seen in a devise this size . Having a adjustable lens makes it more usable in different areas. We recommend this product highly
