Wouldn't be without this herb! It isn't the best tasting but it definitely works to detoxify. If you haven't done research on Sweet wormwood, please do you'll be pleasantly surprised of what it does. The strength of this product is perfect.

Great product, seems to work well! My only concern, of which I have always wondered about, is if the alcohol in tinctures can affect your liver, if you take them daily. So of course I did a Google search, and I came across this written by NIH. Yes, alcohol in tinctures can potentially affect the liver, especially if you have liver problems. Alcohol and tinctures can cause liver damage, such as hydropic multifocal degeneration, in rats. Alcohol and other substances can also cause hepatotoxicity, or toxic hepatitis, which is serious liver damage. I have many health issues stemming from mold exposure and hiking, this tincture placed on lymph nodes removes them almost immediately. No sugar no additives. I have purchassd a few other brands but this one has the most immediate effect and works the best.

I can't comment as to the efficacy different brands, but I can tell you that this made a significant impact on what I believe was a chronic schistosomiasis condition I've had for years. ( I tested positive and had the symptoms, but and infectious disease position declared that I did not have it without doing anything more than regular CBC, which is laughable to me after seeing dozens of doctors trying to get help with parasites with no success.) I can tell you that I have tried numerous extensive and exhaustive remedies of herbs, tinctures and supplements 4 nearly three years, but this has mostly done the trick. I took a break how about a month to avoid the parasites building tolerance, and I'm about to start once again for about 2 weeks, taking approximately 30 drops two or three times a day. I combined the drops with a small amount of water and about five other extracts including gotu Kola, horse chestnut, a formula for treating yeast, Cayenne, clove and grapefruit seed extract. I also added asafoetida which tastes worse then any concoction I have tried this far. For those who complain about the taste of the wormwood, you have no idea! If it's going to make you well, then smile, take it and be grateful. Gratitude helps you heal! And you should be grateful for this if you or like most people. I discovered Artemisia Annua an NIH paper discussing it versus the standard Pharmaceutical for malaria. Not only did it have a higher percentage recovery, but it cured some of the people who were not cured by the drug. Purchased this for trip to Africa, was advised that this along with a few other tinctures would be helpful in preventing Yellow Fever. I didn't use it there but was very helpful as an immune boost, easy to use when feeling like you are coming down with something undesirable.

I find this very helpful as a general anti-inflamatory - it's a great antioxidant too and is good for a number of issues. To respond to a previous review, the dosage really depends on what you are taking it for... you can find recos and even studies on line. I started with a little bit and then gradually increased. They do recommend taking regular breaks from using it, too, so I use it more as a cleanse instead of a regular supplement. I don't mind the taste either - tastes like bitters, which many people like, but you can also add other flavors to it.
